Website Terms and Conditions, Coaching Program & Resume Writing Services Agreement

Welcome to objectivepro.com.au (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Objective Pro Solutions (ABN 13 226 343 718) and provides users with access to various coaching programs, digital products, and resources (“Services”).

By accessing or using this Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease usage of the Website and Services immediately.

Objective Pro Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

You accept the Terms by:

  • Purchasing any product or service;

By proceeding with the payment at the point of purchase, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge this forms a binding contract equivalent to a signed agreement.

3. Coaching Program Agreement

When purchasing a coaching program through this Website, you agree to the following:

Delivery Format:

  • All sessions are delivered virtually.
  • Email communication is used for session coordination, feedback, and support.

Confidentiality:

  • All sessions and materials are confidential and securely stored.
  • Only your coach has access to your file unless required by law.

International Coaching Federation (ICF) Compliance:

  • Your details may be recorded for professional credentialing purposes and may be shared with the ICF upon request for audit.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.
  • Provide accurate information and complete assigned tasks.
  • Participate actively and respectfully.

Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

  • All program fees are payable in full prior to the first session.
  • Payment can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except as per Clause 6 below.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with one month’s notice.
  • Refunds will be issued for unused sessions, adjusted for sessions already completed.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be forfeited.
  • No refunds for completed sessions or digital products.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, tools, and resources provided are protected by copyright.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

  • Coaching outcomes depend on your personal effort and circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific outcomes.
  • Materials and information are provided on an “as is” basis.
  • Objective Pro Solutions is not responsible for any decisions you make following our sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Objective Pro Solutions is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or missed opportunity.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services or products purchased.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Objective Pro Solutions harmless from any claims, actions, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties must:

  • Notify the other party of the dispute in writing.
  • Attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation or mediation within 14 days.
  • Mediation will take place in Adelaide, SA, and costs will be shared equally.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of South Australia.

13. Severance

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force.

14. Independent Legal Advice

Both parties acknowledge that these Terms are fair and reasonable, and that they had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice.

16. Resume Writing Services

When purchasing a Resume Writing service, you agree to the following:

Delivery Format

  • Resume services include a tailored resume draft based on information you provide, and two (2) revisions cycle within 14 days of delivery.
  • Any additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.
  • Delivery is via email in Microsoft Word and PDF format.

Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date career history, achievements, and information required to prepare your documents.
  • Objective Pro Solutions is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the Client.

Fees & Payment

  • All resume writing fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced, as this is a customised service.

Guarantees & Disclaimers

  • Objective Pro Solutions will use professional expertise to create a high-quality, tailored resume; however, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific career outcomes.
  • This is because many factors beyond our control affect the outcome of an application, including but not limited to:
    • The role being filled internally.
    • Preference for candidates referred through personal or professional networks.
    • Shifts in market conditions and employer priorities.
    • Individual interview performance or cultural fit considerations.

Responsibility for the use of the resume and the outcome of any job application remains solely with the Client.

Intellectual Property

Final resume documents are provided for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published.
