Alexandra is the Founder and Director of Objective Pro Solutions. She partners with growing and changing organisations to reduce people risk and create the right foundations behind hiring, enabling leaders to make better decisions and build teams that support long-term growth.
With over 15 years’ experience across recruitment, talent strategy, and workforce advisory, Alexandra brings a deep expertise to design effective talent frameworks that work in real-world business environments. She also brings a coaching lens to her work, supporting leaders to build confidence, capability, and consistency in how they lead, hire, and make people decisions.
Her experience spans professional services, financial services, technology, not-for-profit, and values-led organisations, across both Australian and international markets. She has worked closely with executive leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to clarify roles, design organisation structures, improve interview and decision-making practices, and strengthen employer brand and onboarding foundations.
Alexandra’s approach is grounded, commercial, and people-focused. She combines strategic insight, leadership coaching, and essential frameworks to help organisations move away from reactive hiring and instead shift to planned, capability-led growth structure.
